ideal base for easy walks to ottawa's best sights

I really appreciated the hotel's central position, just a short stroll from both parliament hill and byward market were nice. I found the staff's warm welcome and the spacious, well-equipped rooms added a personal touch to my stay, made it more fun.

Stunningly beautiful hotel in a relatively quiet area close to Byward Market, the Sparks tower and parliament and other things. Very clean bed in the queen suite, plus air conditioning, a laptop-size safe and an iron. Great location minutes from Parliament Hill.

The suite features comfortable beds that ensured a restful sleep, perfect after a long day of galactic adventures. Well-appointed with generous storage space, you can easily stash away your gear without hassle.

The bathroom iron had some remnants of sticky stuff from the last visitor, a bit off-putting.

Positive, I loved the spacious Junior Suite with all the amenities like a washer and dryer. The bed was super comfy, and the view from the lounge on the 12th floor was awesome! The concierge gave a great welcome tour too 🌆

The location is fantastic, just steps from the Peace Tower and downtown attractions. My room was comfortable with a well-equipped kitchen, and the staff were warm and helpful throughout my visit.

I had a good experience overall, especially with the spacious quiet room and gym facilities, but the sliding door in the second bedroom didn’t close fully, affecting privacy. I would consider staying again!

Great spot for a quick stop in Ottawa with a solid price-value balance. The staff was super friendly, making the check-in process smooth. Consider bringing extra kitchenware if you plan to cook in your room.

Conveniently located with spacious accommodations, the kitchenette was valuable, great for meal preparation, although lacking cutlery. The staff provided really good service. I particularly enjoyed the abundance of available towels and toiletries, tailored for sensitive needs. The absence of utensils in the kitchenette slightly diminished the experience.
